Pixcito is an instant-delivery digital product. Because access is delivered digitally after purchase, refunds are generally not provided once access has been issued.

If you paid successfully but did not receive access, contact support@pixcito.shop with your order ID and payment email. Access support is guaranteed.

Duplicate payment or technical billing issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis after verification.
